which is going to ward off excess  fat from your body in just 7 days.

This diet is rich in fiber which will act like  a broom and sweep your digestive tract clean, balance blood sugar, lower bad cholesterol, and body fat, and all  these will help lose up to 5-7 kilos in a week. So let's get started and know how this diet works.

  • Lemon Water

Start your day with a glass of warm lemon  water and after 20 mins, have a plate of salad. Lemon water is easy to make, is  a low-calorie drink and is tasty. Take a glass, add the juice of 1 lemon,   and warm water. Mix well and it's ready. Drinking warm lemon water on an empty  stomach will boost your metabolism, promote fullness and increase  the weight loss process.

People avoid drinking lemon water thinking  it's acidic but once digested and metabolized,   it produces alkaline byproducts in the  body, which make the urine more alkaline. It will also improve digestion and prevent the  buildup of toxins around the digestive tract   thereby reducing bloating and indigestion.

  • Salad

Salad is a great way to start your  day with nutrient-dense foods. It boosts your mood, productivity,  digestion, and weight loss process. It will also lubricate your digestive  path and keep your gut clean. Take a variety of low-calorie, high fiber  veggies, the way I have on this plate.

Tomatoes, onion, carrots,  cucumber, and slices of beet.

Try to avoid adding any seasoning  to the salad but still if you want   to then sprinkle some Himalayan pink salt,  ground black pepper, and lemon juice only. Also, feel free to change the veggies  as per the availability and the taste.

  • Salad For Breakfast

Next for breakfast, take a portion of  high protein & fat-burning sprouts salad. This Salad is a low-calorie meal and  will keep you full for a few hours. Sprouts are rich in fiber and protein, reduce  carbs craving and help with weight loss. They are rich in antioxidants and manage  blood sugar and bad cholesterol levels. Sprouts contain chlorophyll which  cleanses and oxygenates our body. To make sprouts salad, Take a bowl and  add a portion of black chickpea sprouts   and a portion of moong dal or bean sprouts. You can make these at home. Black chickpea takes about 3-4 days and  moong dal takes a day or 2 to sprout. Next add 1 green bell pepper, pieces of 1 Apple,   2-3 chopped Green Chilies, which are optional,  juice of half a Lemon and Salt to taste. Mix all well and our high protein  weight loss salad is ready.

It has chewiness from sprouts, crunch from  green pepper, and sweetness from apple. Together they taste amazing! Green chilies add heat to this salad,   which will help take your metabolism to  the next level and promote weight loss. If you have issues with digesting raw sprouts then  feel free to steam them before making the salad.

  • For Lunch

Next for lunch, have a portion of cooked  French beans with a cup of green tea. French beans have zero cholesterol  and are naturally low in sodium. They are a good source of vitamins  and minerals, fiber, and protein. To make this recipe, take a pan, turn on  the heat and add 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil. You can always replace coconut  oil with olive oil if you want. Next, add 300 gms of French beans.   I steamed them first as then, they cook  faster and retain nutrition and color. Saute them for just 2-3 mins and add a tsp of  Himalayan pink salt and some black pepper powder. Next, add some lemon juice and mix.

Then add 2 tbsp of shredded coconut and  1 tbsp of flaxseed powder and mix well. Flaxseed is high in fiber and omega 3 fatty  acids as well as phytochemicals called lignans. Flaxseed is also going to improve  digestion and lower blood cholesterol. In this video, I am using  flaxseeds from Nutriwish. Adjust the seasoning in the end and now  our coconut French beans recipe is ready. 

  • Green Tea

You need to have 1 portion of this  recipe along with a cup of green tea. Green tea is known to melt away unhealthy belly  fat effectively and help with weight loss.

 In the evening have an apple or orange  along with a glass of salted buttermilk. Buttermilk is rich in proteins,   vitamins, and minerals are low in calories  and fat and will keep you full till dinner. Making it at home is easy. Take a blender jar and add 3 tbsp of yogurt.

Next, add 350ml of water add  1/4th tsp of Himalayan Pink Salt.   Next, add crushed Cumin and Carom Seeds. I dry roasted 1/2 tsp each  of cumin and carom seeds   and then crushed them using a mortar and pestle. Now blend all well.

In the end, add finely chopped cilantro  leaves and shift to a glass and enjoy. Now comes the last meal of  the day which is Dinner.

  • For Dinner

The recipe I am going to show you  is so simple to make and delicious   that even when the diet period gets  over, you will continue making it. It is also great for kids. And, I have Lentil and Oats soup for you. This no oil soup is high in protein and fiber  and a perfect recipe when it comes to fat loss. It has brown rice, lentils, and oats with veggies   which makes it a very nutritious and  satiating recipe, all in all, a complete meal. This recipe will help people who are  overweight to shed more weight and reduce BMI. It is rich in dietary fiber, keeps you full  for longer and helps with midnight cravings.

To make this soup, take a  saucepan and add 3 cups of water. Then turn on the heat and  add 1 chopped garlic clove. Next, add 1/4th tsp of cumin seeds,  and let the water come to a boil. Now add 1/4th cup each of brown rice,   red lentils, and rolled oats. I washed  all these before adding them to the pan. Next, add few finely chopped veggies. I have  added French beans, carrots and bell pepper. Mix all well and add 2 tsp of Himalayan pink  salt and a pinch of black pepper powder. Give a stir, and close the lid. Let it cook for 10-15 mins or  until rice and lentils are cooked. 

The consistency should be like this. Turn off the heat, add chopped cilantro  and crushed red chili in the end   and our no oil weight loss soup is ready.

It is absolutely divine! And right before sleeping,  have a glass of warm water. It will keep you hydrated, help get rid of toxins,   increase body internal temperature,  and burn fat while sleeping. So this is how the 7-day broom diet is. This diet of mine is an amazing  amalgamation of healthy fats, carbs,  fiber protein, vitamins, and minerals and good  enough to sweep off excess fat and weight.

Also, this is safe for all including PCOS, PCOD,  

Thyroid, Diabetics, Nursing  and Pregnant Mothers, etc.
